The following Partner Tags are available for use anywhere that Tags can be used and where a Trading Partner is active. This means a Trading Partner must be assigned to the Action for it to convert these Tags.
To determine whether Tags can be used check the appropriate topic in this guide regarding the component you are configuring.
| Tag | Description |

| <TPId> | The Trading Partner's ID within Flow. This can change when moving the Trading Partner to another configuration database. |
| <TPName> | The Trading Partner's Partner Name. |
| <TPCustomerId> | The Trading Partner's Customer Id (if they are of fptCustomer type). |
| <TPTheirSupplierId> | The Trading Partner's Id for you as a supplier. Complements TPCustomerId. |
| <TPSupplierId> | The Trading Partner's Supplier Id (if they are of fptSupplier type). |
| <TPTheirCustomerId> | The Trading Partner's Id for you as a customer. Complements TPSupplierId. |

<TPFlowNetId> <TPMemberId> |
The Trading Partner's Flow account id. Unique to each company using Flow however not necessarily filled in within your configuration. |
| <TPFirstName> | First Name of the Trading Partner's main contact. |
| <TPLastName> | Last Name of the Trading Partner's main contact. |
| <TPEmail> | The Trading Partner's Email address. |
| <TPPhone> | The Trading Partner's Phone number. |
| <TPFax> | The Trading Partner's Fax number. |
| <TPAddress1> | The first field of the Trading Partner's Address details. |
| <TPAddress2> | The second field of the Trading Partner's Address details. |
| <TPAddress3> | The Trading Partner's Suburb. |
| <TPCity> | The Trading Partner's City. |
| <TPCountry> | The Trading Partner's Country. |
| <TPUsername> | The Trading Partner's User Name as provided by you to them. |
| <TPPassword> | The Trading Partner's User Password for above user name. |
